Manoj K. Jayan is an actor born on 15th March 1966 in Kottayam, Kerala, India. He is best known for appearing in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Bollywood, and Malayalam films. He started his career in 1987 with “Ente Sonia” as a Man at a drink party. The following year, he portrayed Naxalite in the drama film “Mamalakalkkappurathu”. In 1990, he appeared in the films “Prosecution”, “Perumthachan”, and “Anantha Vruthantham”.
He went on to appear in the films “Crazy Gopalan”, “Mizhikal Sakshi”, “Madhyavenal”, “Chattambinadu”, “Kayam”, “Mallu Singh”, and others. He made his television debut in 1988 with the television series “Kumilakal”. The following year, he appeared in “Devamanohari Nee”. That same year, he was cast in the television series “Vaitarani”. He also appeared in “Samaganam” in 1990 and “Pankiyamma” in 1990. Jayan has also won several awards, including the Film Arts Club Award for his role in the film “Perumthachan”.
