Mariana Treviño Bio

Mariana Treviño Ortiz (born November 21, 1977, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico), is a celebrated stage and screen actress. She first gained widespread recognition through her role as Lupita in the popular jukebox musical "Mentiras," where she performed in over a thousand shows. Following this success, Treviño expanded her career into film, featuring in Mexican comedy movies like "No sé si cortarme las venas o dejármelas largas" (2013) and "Amor de Mis Amores" (2014).

In 2015, she co-starred with Luis Gerardo Méndez in Netflix's first Spanish-language original production, "Club de Cuervos." Her talent continued to shine through various roles in films and television series, including "Una última y nos vamos" (2015), "Como Cortar a tu Patán" (2017), and "Perfect Strangers" (2018). She also appeared in the critically acclaimed series "The House of Flowers" (2019–2020) and "Narcos Mexico" (2020).

Her contributions to the acting world have been acknowledged with two nominations at the 59th Ariel Awards: Best Supporting Actress for "La vida inmoral de la pareja ideal" and Best Actress in a Minor Role for "El Sueño del Mara'akame."
