Maribou State Bio
Maribou State is an electronic duo formed in London, England, in 2011. Chris Davis and Liam Ivory were former classmates who have been interested in creating music ever since their high school days where they met. They have been writing music and performing as a part of various bands until they were offered an opportunity to create a remix for the band called Hadouken. Since 2011, they have been performing as the musical duo Maribou State. They have released their first EP called Habitat in 2011, which they have created in their own homemade studio. In 2013 they released their second EP called Truths. Maribou State has created remixes for many famous artists such as Lana Del Rey, Fatboy Slim, Kelis, and others. They have released a few more EPs until 2015 when they released their first album called Portraits and their second album followed in 2018 called Kingdoms in Colour.
