Marina Teresa Squerciati (born April 30, 1984 in New York City, New York, USA) is an American actress and writer. She is best known for starring in the films It's Complicated (2009), Frances Ha (2012), and Sparks (2013). She also appeared as Alessandra Steele in Gossip Girl for eight episodes.
In January 2014, Marina began starring as Detective Kim Burgess in the NBC drama series Chicago P.D., with crossover roles in Chicago Fire (2012), Chicago Med (2015), and Chicago Justice (2017).
As a stage actress, Marina starred in the off-Broadway play Just in Time: The Judy Holliday Story and Manipulation, Beauty of the Father. She made her Broadway debut in an adaptation of Ernst Lubitsch's To Be or Not to Be. Marina received the Agnes Moorehead award for her contributions to the theater for her portrayal of Judy Holliday in Just in Time.
