Mark Ćwiertnia (who’s popularly known as Mark Forster) is a German singer and songwriter who was born on January 11th 1984 in Winnweiler, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. He was born and raised in Germany. Mark is of Polish descent.
Mark rose to fame as one-half of the musical project Eff with his friend Felix Jaehn. He has released a number of well known solo albums including Karton (2012), Bauch and Kopf (2014) and TAPE (2016). He started his career as a singer and pianist and worked for many years for comedian Kurt Kromer. Mark once worked for the band Balboa as a frontman, and also as a coach on the German show The Voice Kids. Some of his other albums include love (2018) and Musketeers (2021).
