Marley Shelton (full name Marley Eve Shelton) is an American actress born April 12, 1974, in Los Angeles, California, USA. Shelton is mostly known for her roles in Hollywood movies such as The Sandlot (1993), Pleasantville (1998), and Never Been Kissed (1999), and she also appeared on numerous television projects. Shelton began her career by going to the University of California, Los Angeles, with a major subject in Film and Theatre. She got numerous small parts in movies and television but dropped out when she got cast for her first big role - Warriors of Virtue (1997), a martial arts fantasy movie where she played the role of Elysia. After her initial breakthrough, Shelton starred in a series of notable movies with high-profile actors - in Pleasantville, she starred alongside Tobey Maguire, in Never Been Kissed she played with Drew Barrymore and Jessica Alba, and in The Bachelor, her co-actors were Chris O'Donnell and Renée Zellweger. Her later projects include The Last Kiss (2006), Death Proof (2007) by Quentin Tarantino, Scream 4 (2011), and Decoding Annie Parker (2014). Shelton is set to reprise her role in the fifth installment of Scream in 2022.
