He is known for his undefeated reign in the Official World Golf Ranking in 2011 for eight consecutive weeks. His primary victory came in the 2010 PGA competitions when he defeated his closest opponent, Watson Bubba, in a 3-hole playoff. He also won the European Tour's Harry Vardon Trophy after winning the “Race to Dubai” competition.
