Martina McBride Bio
Martina Mariea McBride is an American country music singer and songwriter who emerged as a rising star in the late ’90s. Born on 29nd July, 1966, in Sharon, Kansas, United States, McBride released her debut studio album “The Time Has Come” with RCA Records in 1992. Initially, her music was heavily based on traditional country elements but following the trending inclinations, she incorporated pop influences in her music and released her second “The Way That I Am” which proved to be her commercial breakthrough. Although she had already obtained substantial fame and recognition, her album “Evolution” truly skyrocketed her to country stardom. Her other notable albums include “Emotion” (1999), “Martina” (2003), “Waking Up Laughing” (2007), “Shine” (2009), and “Reckless” (2016). McBride has many accolades under her belt including several CMA Awards and others. She has also been nominated for 14 Grammy Awards.
