Mathilda Homer is a singer and songwriter born in 2000 in London, Greater London, UK. She’s known for her unique sound that combines traditional influences with contemporary production. Born in a family of musicians, Homer’s interest in music began at a young age. She would later turn away from academia to pursue her passion for music. She met producer Isaac, and together, they started writing and recording music. Their relentless effort paid off when they started releasing music that was praised by many.
She released her debut EP “God’s A Girl” in 2018. The EP was recorded in the studio of her father’s friend. She later travelled around London in pubs playing shows. In February 2019, she released her sophomore EP “Sunny Like You”. She cites artists like Anderson.Paak, D’Angelo, and Omar Souleyman as her main sources of inspiration.
