Matthew Herbert Bio
Mathew Herbert is a British musician and producer working in the field of electronic music. He is known by many names including Transformer, Mr. Vertigo, Doctor Rockit, Radio Boy, Herbert, and Wishmountain. Mathew Herbert was born in 1972, in Kent, England. He released his debut album back in 1996, called 100lbs. Since then, Mathew Herbert has released many more albums and numerous EPs including singles under various aliases. His most successful album to date is called Scale, released in 2006, which was charted at number 20 on Billboard’s electronic music album chart in the United States. Over the course of his career, he has collaborated with many different artists including Moloko, Motorbass, Alter Ego, Dave O’Higgins, Nigel Hitchcock, and many others.
