Maxwell Philip Holt, better known as Max Holt, is an American professional volleyball player who plays as a middle-blocker. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, on March 12, 1987.
Max began his professional career in 2009 when he joined Marmi Lanza Verona, and he has since represented Volley Piacenza, Dynamo Moscow, Modena Volley, Vero Volley Monza, Gas Sales Piacenza, and Beijing BAIC Motor. He joined the U.S. national squad in 2009, and he has since won medals with the U.S. national team at FIVB World Cup, FIVB World Championship, FIVB World League, FIVB Nations League, and NORCECA Championship.
In 2016, Max won bronze at the Rio Olympics in a U.S. team that also featured Matthew Anderson, David Lee, Aaron Russell, and Kawika Shoji.
