Maximilian Paul Diarmuid Irons, better known as Max Irons, is an English-Irish actor best known for his work in film and television. He was born in Camden, London, England, on October 17, 1985.
Max began his acting career in 2004 when he was cast in the film Being Julia, but he became famous in 2013 when he starred in the action-adventure film The Host alongside Saoirse Ronan, Jake Abel, Diane Kruger, and Rachel Roberts. He has since had recurring roles in the TV series Flowers in the Attic: The Origin, Condor, Tutankhamun, The White Queen, and The Runaway, and his filmography now includes Woman in Gold, The Riot Club, Red Riding Hood, Being Julia, Terminal, The Wife, Bitter Harvest, and Crooked House.
