Mazie Bio

Mazie is an American who was born in Albany, Georgia, and was raised outside Baltimore. She discovered her big passion for music and singing when she was only a child, at an early age, and took classes of classical and jazz vocals. As a teenager, she began to compose her own music, which she recorded with Elie Rizk, her neighbor who was teaching himself to produce music in his basement studio.

Mazie released her first single, ‘no friends’, in 2020. Ever since, she released more singles, such as ‘not okay’, ‘spinnin’, ‘make believe’, and ‘dumb dumb’, and some of those were even included in her debut album, titled ‘the rainbow cassette’, which was released in 2021. Some of her most popular tracks include ‘people don’t change’, ‘no friends’, and ‘I think I wanna be alone’.
