McKinley Freeman Bio

McKinley Freeman is an American television actor who was born on June 9, 1973 in Champaign, Illinois, in the United States. He is of African-American descent. In 2004, he began to gain recognition for his work in guest-starring roles on television series such as All My Children and ER. The character of Derek Roman, which he plays on Hit the Floor, is a recurring one for him. In addition, McKinley was well-known for his roles on television shows such as If Loving You Is Wrong, Daytime Divas, and Days of Our Lives. He played the part of Williams in the movie End of Watch, which was released in 2012, and he was in it. In addition, he will star alongside Mekia Cox and Meagan Holder in the movie "If Not Now, When," which was cast under the working title "When."
