Meg Ryan was born as Margaret Mary Emily Hyra on November 19, 1961, in Fairfield, Connecticut. Today, Meg Ryan is a famous actress and a producer. He has started her acting career while going to college, appearing on smaller television commercials and the soap opera As The World Turns. She later dropped out of college to peruse her dream of becoming an actress. Her first landing role was the one in the romantic comedy film When Harry Met Sally… which brought her a Golden Globe nomination. In the next years, Meg Ryan appeared in many other popular movies such as Sleepless in Seattle, You’ve Got Mail and The Silence of the Lambs. When a Man Loves a Woman was the movie that brought Meg Ryan her first Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. Meg Ryan won the Harvard Hasty Pudding Award as “Woman of the Year”. She was also voted to be one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world in 1994 by People Magazine.
