Meredith Andrews Bio
Contemporary Christian singer-songwriter Meredith Andrews was born Meredith Frances Andrews January 19, 1983 in Wilson, North Carolina and began singing in church at the age of six. While in college, she majored in family and child development, yet felt that God was calling her into music ministry. Andres signed to Word Records and in April of 2009 released her debut album The Invitation. Her single “You’re Not Alone” propelled her into the national spotlight. Her 2010 follow-up album, As Long As it Takes, was named “Worship Album of the Year” at the Gospel Music Association’s Dove Awards. She also won the award for “Worship Song of the Year” for “How Great is Your Love.” Her most recent album, Worth It All, was released on January 22, 2013. Andrews has stated she believes the album is the most authentic to who she is.
