Merle Dandridge is an American actress and singer born on May 31, 1975, in Okinawa, Japan. She lived with her mother, a Korean, and father, an African-American airman from Memphis, Tennessee. She started her career in a theatre in Chicago before debuting in the blockbuster movie, Half-Life 2.
In the years that followed, she was cast in other award-winning movies such as Tarzan, where she acted as Kala and “Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture,” which won her a BAFTA Award.
She starred in several exciting series on TV, including NCIS, 24, Criminal Mind, and The Newsroom.
