Michael Chandler Bio
Michael Chandler (born April 24, 1986) is an American professional MMA fighter who currently competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship's lightweight division (UFC).
Chandler, a professional fighter since 2009, rose to prominence when he began competing for Bellator MMA from 2010 until 2020. Chandler became a three-time Bellator Lightweight Champion, won the Bellator Season Four Lightweight Tournament, and had an 18–5 promotional win–loss record.
Chandler has contended for the UFC Lightweight Championship and knocked out top challenger Dan Hooker after joining the organization in 2020. He also wrestled collegiately at the University of Missouri, where he was named an NCAA Division I All-American.
