YouTube star Michael “Mikey” Murphy, born May 12th 1998 in New Jersey, is best known for his YouTube channel MikeIsAverage, where he makes short films, stories and video blogs. Michael enjoys photography and filming, which led him to channel his creative side. He first made a YouTube channel called The Original Fiction TV. Murphy gained attention when he teamed up with YouTuber Luke Korns, whose channel was called UncleKornicob, helped him gain attention. The collaboration was successful and helped grow his channel, MikeIsAverage. Murphy appeared in Vlogumentary, FANtasies, Royal Crush, Dirty 30, Mr. Student Body President, and In Real Life. Murphy is credited with editing, writing, directing, and producing Just Us, Perception, Andy, The Regulars, Steven, A Short Film About Love, Maxine the Hero, Kalispell, and Save Me.
