Michelle Bridges Bio
Michelle Bridges, who is famous for her roles as a television personality and a personal trainer, was born on October 20, 1970 in the city of Newcastle, located in Australia. She began using the squash courts as a place to work out when she was a student at the high school because she had developed an interest in fitness and health during her time there. In 2007, she began her career on the Australian version of The Biggest Loser as a trainer, and she remained in that role until 2015. Her first appearance on the show was during its second season. In addition to that, she competed on the Celebrity Master Chef competition that was held in Australia. As a personal trainer for contestants on "The Biggest Loser," she has worked alongside Jillian Michaels to help people lose weight.
