Micky Papa is a Canadian professional skateboarder known for his exceptional skills in street skateboarding events. He was born in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, on August 31, 1990.
He embarked on his journey in 2006 by participating in major amateur contests. Determined to achieve greatness, Papa relocated to California to fully dedicate himself to a professional career. Papa's talent and hard work paid off when he secured fifth place at the prestigious Tampa Pro in 2016, leading to his well-deserved professional status with Blind. He subsequently joined the SLS World Tour, where he impressed spectators with his remarkable performances, reaching as high as 12th place in Munich during his rookie season.
With a consistent presence at renowned competitions such as the X Games, the Dew Tour, and the International Skateboarding Open, Papa has solidified his reputation as a respected figure in the skateboarding world. His remarkable achievements were recognized in June 2021 when he was selected to represent Canada at the inaugural skateboarding competition in the 2020 Olympics held in Tokyo. In the Men's Street event, he showcased his exceptional skills, finishing 10th in the semifinal round.
