Mike Love is a singer born on 15th March 1941 in Los Angeles, California, United States. He is widely known for co-founding the American rock band the Beach Boys with his cousins Dennis, Carl, and Brian Wilson and their close friend Al Jardine. He was a lyricist and vocalist in the band and has contributed to all their albums. He has contributed lyrics to popular songs like “Fun, Fun, Fun” in 1964, “Help Me, Rhonda” in 1965, and “California Girls” in 1965.
In 1978, Mike co-founded another band called Celebration. He released the albums “Almost Summer”, “Celebration”, and “Disco Celebration” with the band. Mike released his debut solo studio album, “Looking Back with Love”, in 1981. His sophomore album “Unleash the Love” was released in 2017. The album reached number 37 in Billboard Independent Albums. He has also collaborated with other musicians, including Dave Koz, Mark McGrath, John Stamos, and Paul Revere.
