Ming-Na Wen Bio

Ming-Na Wen is a Chinese-American actress. She was born on the 20th of November, 1963, in Coloane, Portuguese Macau. She debuted in television in 1985, in the series “Mister Rogers' Neighborhood” created by Fred Rogers. In 1993, she starred in the acclaimed film “The Joy Luck Club”. Later, she landed a role on the NBC’s drama series “ER”. From 1995 to 1997, she co-starred on the sitcom “The Single Guy”. Wen has provided the voice for several characters in animated movies, such as the title character in Disney’s “Mulan” and Detective Ellen Yin in “The Batman”. In 2005, she starred on the NBC’s series “Inconceivable” as Rachel Lu. In 2007, she played alongside Charlie Sheen, on CBC’s “Two and a Half Men”. In 2011, she appeared in the ABC’s drama series “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.S.” starring Clark Gregg.
