Miranda Hart Bio
Miranda Katherine Hart Dyke was born December 14, 1972 in Devon, England. Her career started out when she wrote things for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival as well as starred in small roles in sitcoms such as Not Going Out. She starred in Magicians in 2007, however she is best known for her sitcom Miranda, which ran from 2009-2015 and was an autobiographical story of her life. Miranda is also well known for her role on Call the Midwife in which she played Chummy Noakes from 2012-2015. She also wrote the books Is It Just Me? (2012), The Best of Miranda (2014), and Peggy and Me (2016). She also landed an opportunity to do a standup special, which she gladly accepted. This show was called My, What I Call, Live Show which ended up being made into a DVD.
