Mollie King, born Mollie Elizabeth King, was born on the 4th of June 1987 in Wandsworth, London and is an English singer, songwriter and model. Best known for being a member of the girl group, The Saturdays, with the group she has had thirteen top ten and eight top five singles, some their hits include Not Giving Up, Disco Love and Gentleman, in their heyday their music and style was compared to that of Rihanna, Kelis and The Black Eyed Peas.
In terms of her Solo career, King signed a solo deal wit Island Records and had two hit singles released, Back to You and Hair Down. Announced as a contestant on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing in 2017, the singer came in fifth, being eliminated in the semi-finals.
