Molly Seidel is an American athlete and long-distance runner who competes in 5000 m, 10,000 m, and half marathons, but she is best known for competing in full marathons. He was born in Brookfield, Wisconsin, United States, on July 12, 1994.
Molly spent her formative years with the track teams at University Lake School and the University of Notre Dame, and during her college career, she won multiple races, including the Conference Cross Country, NCAA Cross Country, 5000m and 3000m at the ACC Indoor, 5000m and 3000m at the NCAA Indoor, and 10000m at the NCAA Outdoor. Molly turned professional in 2017, and in 2020, she won bronze in the marathon event at the Tokyo Olympics, which also featured Peres Jepchirchir and Brigid Kosgei.
