Montaigne Bio
Montaigne is the stage name of Jessica Alyssa Cerro, an Australian singer, and songwriter. Born on August 14, 1995, in Sydney, Australia, Montaigne has started her music career while attending high school. She was a Triple J Unearthed High School finalist in 2012 with her song that she wrote and performed herself called Anyone But Me. In 2014, Montaigne released her first single called I Am Not an End which was listed as the Triple J Radio Station’s 36th most played song of 2014. Her debut album called Glorious Heights, released in 2016, was charted at number four on the ARIA Albums Chart. In 2017, Montaigne attended and won the award Breakthrough Artist – Release at the ARIA Music Awards of 2016.
