Mr. T Bio

Mr. T is an American actor, television personality, retired professional wrestler, and bodyguard born in Chicago, Illinois on May 21, 1952. He is known for his role as B.A. Baracus in the television show The A-Team and as Clubber Lang in the film Rocky III. He worked as a bouncer for some time and took on the name Mr. T. In 1982 he made his debut in film in the movie Penitentiary II and continued landing roles in the films Rocky III, D.C. Cab, Freaked, The Terrible Thunderlizards, Spy Hard, Inspector Gadget, Not Another Teen Movie, Judgement, and others. He made his debut on television in the show Twilight Theater in 1982 and has also been in the shows The A-Team, Silver Spoons, Mister T, Dean Martin Celebrity Roast, Saturday Night Live, Out of This World, Malcolm and Eddie, I Pity the Fool, Dancing With the Stars, World’s Craziest Fools, and more. In 1984 he released his debut album titled Mr. T’s Commandments. and followed it up the same year with the album Mr.T’s Be Somebody…or Be Somebody’s Fool!. He started professional wrestling in 1985 and was Hulk Hogan’s tag-team partner in the World Wrestling Federation’s First WrestleMania.
