Muyiwa Riversongz is a Nigerian-born British gospel singer, broadcaster, and presenter who was born on November 26th in Nigeria. He moved back to England when he was nine to complete his education. He lived at Stamford Hill with his uncle. He became incredibly popular with the release of the albums Restoration and Declaring His Power. His third album Declaring His Love appeared in 2008, being a testimony to his Christian faith. He teamed up with EMMA Award-winning producer Eddie Martin (whose writing and production credits include Whitney Houston, Sarah Connor, Ne-Yo, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Brown, and WestLife). As a presenter, Muyiwa hosts the flagship show Gospel Tonight and Worship Tonight on Premier Radio. He also presents Sounds of Africa on Lufthansa Airlines. Muyiwa is also the Station Director of Premier Gospel and has won numerous awards, including Best Presenter at the Oasis Awards (2006), Best Radio Show and Best Contribution to Gospel Music at the Gospel Music Awards (2009). He teamed up with Riversongz and won the Gospel Music Award for Best International Group, the Star Award in the US and Best UK Act at the inaugural Oraclez World Gospel Festival & Awards in 2009.
