Naira Marley Bio
Born in 1991, Naira Marley (Azeez Fashola) is a Nigerian-born hip hop artist currently living in England. After being asked to help his friends on-stage, Marley quickly found out that he had immense talent when it came to singing and rapping. His song “Issa Goal” became a hit with football fans in Nigeria. The song then became the 2018 World Cup song for Nigerian football players competing in Russia. He has worked with such names as Olamide and Lil Kesh. Notably, Naira’s popularity was so staggering that he became known for “breaking Instagram” when he got 100,000 comments on a single post within a 24-hour period.
