Naveen Andrews, born as Naveen William Sidney Andrews, on January 17, 1969, in London, England, is a British actor best known for his role as Sayid Jarrah on the television series Lost. He attended London’s Guildhall School of Music and Drama and had his debut role in the 1991 film called London Kills Me. One of his most famous roles, apart from the role on Lost, is his role as Kip Singh in The English Patient. For his role on Lost, he was nominated for a Golden Globe in 2006, a Primetime Emmy Award in 2005, and was awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2006. Naveen Andrews was featured in People magazine and portrayed in World’s Most Beautiful People.
