Sage Gabriel Carlos Atreyu Elsesser, widely known as Navy Blue, is a rapper, songwriter, record producer, skateboarder, visual artist, and model born on January 31, 1997, in Los Angeles, California, USA. Several skater fashion brands, including Converse and Supreme, have sponsored him. He became a professional skater in 2014 through the skater collective and clothing store Fucking Awesome (FA).
Navy handled the art direction for Earl Sweatshirt's 2015 album I Don't Like Shit, I Don't Go Outside. He has collaborated with underground rappers like Mach-Hommy, MIKE, King Carter, Adé Hakim, and Pink Siifu. He has produced songs for several artists, including Wiki, Cities Aviv, Moor Mother & billy woods, and Camden Malik.
Navy is associated with Freedom Sounds. He has released several EPs, including According to the Waterbearer (2015), Navy in Rage (2017), Yvan Wen (2018), and Gangway for Navy (2019).
