Naz Dej (born July 11, 1996, in Azerbaijan) is a singer. She has been involved in music from the age of six, with her first stage performance at the same age.
Dej graduated from "Odlar Yurdu" University in Baku and honed her skills in music at "Sharaev Music School" for 11 years focusing on piano, and also took dance and vocal lessons, including Mugham, a traditional form of Azerbaijani music. She has competed in "Dan Ulduzu," a TV program, and "Azerbaijan's Voice" at 16, where she was notably successful. Dej collaborated with DJ Roshka on "Azeri Mashup," which gained over 15 million views, and competed in "The Voice Turkey" at 22, reaching the semi-finals. She continues to create music, with her covers receiving over a million views on YouTube.
She gained popularity from her 2021 single "Leylayim Ben Sana" which was her most streamed song on Spotify as of June 2022. She released her debut single "Agir Cinayet" on January 1, 2020. That same day she also released her second career single "Can Kenarim."
