Abhijit Bhattacharya, widely known as Neel Bhattacharya, is an actor born in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, on June 8, 1990. He is an alumnus of St. Xavier's College and the Institute of Engineering and Management. He began his career as Adidev "Adi" Bose in the Bengali TV series Thik Jeno Love Story on Star Jalsha.
Neel is best known for portraying Nikhil Choudhury in Tent Cinema's Krishnakoli from 2018 to 2022. He won Best Jodi and Best Chele awards for his role in Krishnakoli. He made a cameo appearance as a football player in the Bengali film Paanch Adhyay.
Neel has worked opposite Tiyasha Roy, Rimjhim Mitra, Soume Chatterjee, and Raunak Dey Bhowmik. He has appeared in several music videos, including Shaan's Chaina (Don't want) and Benny Dayal's Yeh Dil Hai Bekarar. In 2021, he starred as Abhimanyu Acharya in Uma.
