Neil Gaiman, born as Neil Richard MacKinnon Gaiman, is a popular English author who has written many comic books, novels, short fiction stories, films, and much more. Neil Gaiman perused the career of a journalist, conducting interviews and writing various book reviews. He published his first short story in Imagine Magazine in 1984 called Featherquest. In 1984 he published his first book which was a biography of the band Duran Duran. Later he perused writing comic books with some of his most famous comic book series being The Sandman, American Gods, Coralline, and The Graveyard Book. For his work on The Graveyard Book, he became the first author to win both the Newbery and the Carnegie awards, apart from winning the Hugo, Nebula, and Bram Stoker awards.
