Nic Bishop is an English/Australian actor who was born on September 19, 1973, in Swindon. He went to college and got a degree in performing arts in Australia’s National Institute of Dramatic Art and started working as an acting tutor. He began his professional acting career in 1998 with an appearance on the tv series “Wildside”. In 1999 he got to play the character of Louie in the series “Heartbreak High” for five episodes. He appeared in different series such as “Above the Law”, “Blue Heelers”, “White Collar Blue”, “Home and Away”, “Past Life”, “Necessary Roughness”, “Body of Proof”, “CSI” and “Castle”, and movies such as “Walking on Water”, “Punishment”, where he got the main role, and “The Land of the Astronauts”. He became popular for his participation in the TV series “Covert Affairs” playing Ryan McQuaid and starring Piper Perabo, Kari Matchett and Christopher Gorham. Other big roles he has are in series “Snowfall” in 2017 and “Truth Be Told” in 2019.
