Allen's passion for the sport blossomed during his formative years, where he honed his skills at Francis Parker School. Showing immense talent and dedication, Allen chose to forgo college and instead pursued a professional career by entering the MLB Draft. In 2017, his dreams came to fruition when he was selected in the third round by the Oakland Athletics.
