Nightmares On Wax Bio
Nightmares on Wax is the stage name of George Evelyn. He also goes by the name DJ E.A.S.E. and comes from Leeds, England. He has been active in the music scene since 1988. He entered the industry as a breakdancer. The name was originally a duo with Kevin Harper aka Boywonder and it was formed in 1988. In 1991, the original Nightmares on Wax released their debut album A Word of Science: The First and Final Chapter. The next album release Smokers Delight happened in 1995 and it peaked at No. 84 of the UK albums chart. At this time Harper left the group. This release was followed by more albums including Carboot Soul, In a Space Outta Sound, Mind Elevation and Shape the Future.
