Nikola Vućević, born on October 24, 1990, in Morges, Switzerland, is a Montenegrin professional basketball player, famous for being a part of the Orlando Magic basketball team of the National Basketball Association (NBA). In 2007, he and his family moved to Simi Valley, California, where he attended high school and played basketball. At the age of fifteen, Nikola Vućević was named Montenegro’s Best Young Player. He then attended the University of Southern California where he played with the Trojans for three seasons. In the 2011 NBA Draft, Nikola Vućević was drafted 16th overall by the Philadelphia 76ers but then traded to the Orlando Magic in 2012 with whom he had signed a two-year contract which was then additionally extended. In 2019, he received his first All-Star.
