Amit Bhalla (born in Ludhiana, Punjab) is an Indian actor and film producer most renowned for his roles in the movies Mohra (1994), Qayamat: City Under Threat (2003), and Jaal: The Trap (2003). He is the co-founder of the production house named A&A Advisors which produced some movies including Carry on Jatta 2 and Vadhayiyaan Ji Vadhayiyaan.
Amit Bhalla made his acting debut in 1989 with the film “Tridev.” In 2006, he acted in “The Killer”. He has been cast with Naseeruddin Shah in a number of films including “ Mohra Mohra ”, “Tridev” and “Vishwatma.” He also starred alongside Sunil Shetty and Sunny Deol in two films each.
He has mostly been cast in the roles of henchmen of the respective main villains in these films. In some of his non villainous roles, however, Bhalla attempts to give a performance much similar to Mithun Chakraborty. In 2019, he starred in Shaddaa, directed by Jagdeep Sidhu.
