No Devotion Bio
No Devotion is a rock band from Cardiff, Wales. The band was formed in 2014 and its current members include Geoff Rickly, Stuart Richardson, and Lee Gaze. Their first studio album “Permanence” was released in June 2015. The album was produced by the American producer and musician Dave Fridmann. Around the same time, they released two singles, titled “Addition” and “Death Rattle”.
In August 2015, they dropped another single, titled “Permanent Sunlight”. That same month, they performed at the Reading and Leads Festival. Their debut album “Permanence” won the 2016 Kerrang Album of the Year Award. In September 2022, they released a second album, titled “No Oblivion” under the Velocity, Equal Vision. They have also released music videos for their songs “Eyeshadow”, “Starlings”, “No Oblivion”, “Permanent Sunlight”, and “Repeaters”. The band’s music is a reminiscent of bands like New Order and Joy Division.
