Olivia Newton-John is a popular Australian singer, songwriter, actress, and dancer. She was born on September 26, 1948, in Cambridge, England, but later moved to Melbourne, Australia with her family at the age of six. Olivia Newton-John released her first album in 1971, named If Not For You on which she has collaborated with Bob Dylan. She experienced instant success, being voted Best Female Vocalist two years in a row by the Record Mirror magazine. Since then, she has released over 25 solo albums. As for her acting career, Olivia Newton-John is best known for her role as Sandy on the 1978 comedy musical Grease where she had the lead role alongside John Travolta. She is a four-time Grammy award winner and one of the best-selling artists of all time having sold around 100 million records worldwide.
