Omar Sy Bio
Omar Sy is a French actor and television personality who was born on January 20th 1978 in Trappes, Yvelines, France. He was born and raised in France. His father is Senegalese while his mother is from Mauritania.
Omar rose to fame for his starring role in the 2012 hit film The Intouchables. He is also well known as a Cesar Award-winning actor and also as one-half the comedy duo Omar et Fred with his friend Fred Testot. He is also known for his appearance on the Netflix mystery thriller Lupin and also on the hit X-Men: Days of Future Past, Jurassic World and Inferno. He lent his voice for the French version of the Tomb Raiders Legend video game and he starred in the film Micmacs directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet.
