Paris “PJ” Jones Bio

PJ is an American R&B singer and songwriter born in North Carolina on March 10, 1995. Before focusing on her solo career, PJ wrote a number of songs for mainstream artists like Trey Songz, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, Wiz Khalifa, B.o.B, Meek Mills and others while with the label BGM. She was signed with the label Atlantic Records as a singer and released her debut EP in 2015 titled Walking Around Pools. The EP incorporates several live instruments and reached number 13 on the iTunes R&B charts. In 2016 she released her debut studio album titled Rare. The album is a fusion of R&B, soul, pop, and hip-hop. PJ named her album Rare to promote people being “authentic and unique.”
