Parker Posey Bio
Parker Posey, born as Parker Christian Posey, on November 8, 1968, in Baltimore, Maryland, is an American actress and musician. Her debut role was in the 1993 romance film called Joey Breaker, to which other small roles such as the ones in the famous Dazed and Confused and Coneheads followed. She later appeared in many independent films during the 1990s, such as Party Girl, Kicking and Screaming, The House of Yes, and many others. Some of her more successful roles were the ones in the famous films You’ve Got Mail, Scream 3, The Sweetest Thing, Blade: Trinity, The Eye, Broken English, and others. Parker Posey also starred in many television series, appearing in The Simpsons, Futurama, Parks and Recreations, Louie, The Good Wife, Inside Amy Schumer, and Lost in Space. She received a Golden Globe Award nomination and a Satellite Award nomination for her work.
