Paul Melvyn Carrack, better known as Paul Carrack, is an English singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. He was born on April 22, 1951, in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. Paul Carrack has started his recording career in the early 1970s, being one of the members of the jazz-rock band Warm Dust. After Warm Dust broke up, Paul Carrack and Terry “Tex” Comer, which was the bassist of Warm Dust, formed the band Ace. During the 1980s, Paul Carrack perused his solo career, having released over 25 studio albums from 1980 until 2018 with the album called These Days, released in 2018, is his most recent one. Paul Carrack has been dubbed as “The Man with the Golden Voice” by BBC.
