Pearl Charles is a singer and songwriter who was born on May 11, 1991, in Los Angeles, California. Her music is a fusion of rock from the 1960s and cosmic country from the 1970s. Pearl began her career as a musician at the age of 18 when she joined Christian Lee Hutson in a country duo that was known as the Driftwood Singers. She later became the drummer for a garage rock band known as the Blank Tapes. Subsequently, in 2012, Charles launched a solo project, and in 2015, she debuted with her first solo record, an EP on Burger Records. She made her debut in 2018 with the release of her full-length album, Sleepless Dreamer, on Kanine Records. Furthermore, she has amassed over 27,200 followers on her Instagram account.
