Peggy Rowe Bio
Peggy Rowe is an author born in 1938 in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. She has been writing for most of her life. She has two New York Best Sellers to her name. Both books were published when she was 80 years old. Her passion for writing started at a young age. She would write stories and send them to friends and family members. She hoped that she would in the future write and publish a book.
She published her second book, “Vacuuming in the Nude” four years after publishing the first book. Rowe says she does not vacuum in the nude herself, but got the title from a friend who told her she had done that. She was an elementary school teacher, and it was there that she discovered her passion for writing. She used to write little poems to introduce to third graders. When she started writing, she received rejection letters from publishers. However, through persistence, she was able to get her books published.
