Peter Hollens Bio
Peter Hollens is a musician born on 4th March 1982, in Ashland, Oregon, United States. He co-founded the Cappella group, On the Rock at the University of Oregon. After graduating from the University, he has been actively involved in Cappella. In 2010, he took part in the second season of “The Sing Off”, but was eliminated. The following year, he started his YouTube channel, where he regularly uploads music videos.
He often collaborates with other music artists, including Taylor Davis and Lindsey Stirling. The channel has so far accumulated more than 2.69 million subscribers and over 628 million total views. In 2014, he signed with Sony Masterworks record label, but he left the following year. In 2015, he played lead vocalist in Brian Wilson’s song “Our Special Love”. He made his Broadway debut in a show titled “Home for the Holidays, Live on Broadway”.
