Troy Donald Jamerson, better known as Pharoahe Monch, is a popular rapper who was born on October 31st, 1972 in Queens, New York. He attended the High School of Art and Design in Manhattan. Monch released three albums as part of the rap duo, Organized Konfusion with partner Prince Po: The self-titled Organized Konfusion, Stress: The Extinction Agenda, and The Equinox. The duo handled majority of the production on these albums themselves but eventually split up after the release of their third album. His song "Simon Says" was featured in the 2000 cinematic release Charlie's Angels. Additionally, Pharoah sang the Madden NFL 2002 theme for the game and six years later Desire was featured on the soundtrack of Madden NFL 2008.
